Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in Business, Nursing, Health Care, or directly related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field OR minimum three (3) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Recommends developmental opportunities for others; mentors and coaches to drive performance improvement.
• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of designated work team or unit; aligns team efforts and standards.
• Manages care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment, coordinating resources and ensuring staffing alignment.
• Overs sees improvements to operations and technology processes, monitoring performance metrics.
• Ensures safe, quality, standardized care delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
