KETTLER in the DC metro area seeks a Regional Operations Specialist - Sales and Service Manager to maximize occupancy and deliver exceptional customer service. Under the Community Manager, you will drive leasing, coordinate outreach, tours, and resident retention across multiple communities in the DMV region.

Qualified candidates have 2 years leasing experience, supervisory background, and familiarity with property management software.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential leasing experience required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of property management software.

Responsabilités

• Manage leasing office administration.
• Direct sales activities and maintain local market knowledge.
• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Perform outreach marketing and social media initiatives.
• Follow up with prospects with a high-touch approach.
• Assist with resident retention and resolve resident concerns.
• Support partnerships with local businesses, events, and organizations.
• Process lease applications and qualify residents.
• Assist Community Manager with general office tasks.
• Travel locally across the DMV area as needed.
• Float between multiple communities based on business needs.
• Work weekends when required.
