Job summary

NFI seeks a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to drive Lean transformations across multiple sites. You will coach, train, and lead 3-day ONE Program events, develop the Lean Transformation Plan, and sustain gains through structured governance.

Travel up to 80% regionally to coach sites, partner with Operations and Engineering, monitor KPIs, and build a culture of daily Lean habits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading continuous improvement, Lean transformations, or Kaizen events in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
• Strong training and coaching skills for diverse audiences—from shop floor to regional leadership.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 80% to facilitate onsite events and sustainment visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate 3‑day ONE Program events, delivering Lean training to leadership and frontline teams.
• Direct shop-floor workshops, identify waste, and develop structured improvement plans.
• Create and maintain the Lean Transformation Plan (LTP) and track savings post‑event.
• Monitor KPIs and sustainment; coach leadership on daily Lean practices.
• Perform post‑event sustainment visits and routine LTP reviews.
