Job summary

Rotork seeks an experienced Regional Continuous Improvement Manager for U.S. Operations to drive Lean and CI across our U.S. locations, identifying opportunities, eliminating waste, and delivering sustainable performance gains.

The role partners with leaders to implement a consistent CI framework, facilitates cross-functional improvement, and leads strategic projects with clear objectives and measurable outcomes. Strong collaboration and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations management or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methods (Kaizen, root cause analysis, 5S, value-stream mapping) and problem-solving.
• Experience enabling Lean frameworks across multiple manufacturing sites; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Enable leaders and teams to apply Lean and CI principles to key priorities, identify opportunities, and eliminate waste.
• Develop and strengthen a consistent Lean/CI framework across U.S. locations with standardization.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvements and coordinate multi-site initiatives.
• Own and deliver selected strategic CI projects with clear objectives, milestones, and measures.
• Support operating model changes and embed new, efficient processes.
• Lead Kaizen events, training, and hands-on guidance to raise organizational capability.
• Establish metrics to realize measurable benefits and sustain improvements.
