Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean transformation across multiple sites in the region. You will conduct 3‑day ONE Program events, train leaders and frontline teams, and ensure sustainment of gains through structured Lean execution.

You will partner with Operations and Engineering to identify opportunities, perform hands‑on shop‑floor workshops, and drive KPI‑based improvements with a strong emphasis on culture and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading continuous improvement, Lean transformations, or Kaizen events in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
• Mastered Lean methodologies including House of Lean, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and Kaizen.
• Proven ability to train and engage diverse teams from shop floor to leadership.
• Strong data analysis skills; translate metrics into actionable improvement plans.
• Excellent communication to build consensus and partner with Operations & Engineering.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 80% for onsite events.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3‑day Lean improvement events (ONE Program) as primary instructor.
• Develop and sustain Lean Transformation Plans (LTP) with project baselines and savings.
• Coach site leadership to embed daily Lean behaviours and sustainment habits.
• Conduct post‑event sustainment visits and track KPI progress.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to prioritize opportunities and drive results.
