Job summary

Sight Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director – Interventional Glaucoma to lead and develop a field team, drive adoption of interventional glaucoma solutions across ophthalmology practices, ASCs, and hospitals, and achieve regional revenue targets.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Clinical/Medical Affairs, and Market Access to remove barriers and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
• 7–10+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in ophthalmology, surgical devices, or procedural-based selling strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual regional revenue targets.
• Translate national strategy into clear regional execution plans and priorities.
• Drive disciplined use of CRM tools, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management.
• Monitor and analyze performance trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of sales representatives.
• Establish a culture of accountability and professional growth, centered around company behaviors.
• Conduct regular field coaching to improve clinical acumen and sales effectiveness.
• Manage the performance of your team with goal setting, feedback, coaching and reviews.
• Partner with physicians and administrators to expand adoption of procedures.
• Identify barriers to procedural growth and support new account development.
• Lead regional initiatives to increase awareness and utilization of interventional glaucoma therapies.
