Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager for Earth Moving Solutions to lead market growth in the northeast, align sales and operations, and maximize profitability across Profit Centers.

This role requires travel up to 75% and hands-on leadership across product lines, fleet optimization, and customer satisfaction. Bachelor's in Business/Marketing or equivalent, plus 3–5 years district-level management and 2 years sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience managing on the district level plus 2 years of Sales experience.
• Earth moving equipment experience or rental equipment experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop subordinates.
• Proven track record of Profit and Loss Accountability.
• Proven ability to drive results in alignment with Sunbelt values and goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Review Profit and Loss reports and adjust strategy to improve operations.
• Develop regional structure to meet customer needs and growth objectives.
• Lead Store Managers to optimize fleet mix, pricing, service/maintenance, and fleet sharing.
• Collaborate with management to execute programs and adjust to business changes.
• Lead sales function including forecasting and sales force development.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by partnering with management and staff to resolve issues.
