Qualifications

• 3–5 years district-level management experience plus 2 years in sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Review P&L to improve regional and profit center operations.
• Lead stores to optimize fleet, pricing, and maintenance across regions.
• Drive sales and customer service excellence through leadership and training.
• Design and implement regional structures to meet growth and customer needs.
• Coach and develop leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline in the region.
