Nextech, America’s largest HVAC/R service provider, invites a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Regional Service Manager to lead our growing division. In this high-impact role you will drive performance, develop teams, and deliver superior service across multiple territories in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, optimize dispatch and field operations, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing budgets and SLAs. Join Nextech and influence our nationwide growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field technical or related business experience.
• 5+ years HVAC or related service industry experience.
• 1+ year of Food Service Equipment experience.
• Proven leadership with ability to drive results.
• Experience coaching teams through hands-on leadership.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop administrative teams and dispatch staff.
• Mentor dispatchers and support teams to strengthen expertise.
• Oversee multi-territory technician coordination.
• Drive best practices across branches nationwide.
• Own and manage Key Authorized Service Agent relationships.
• Liaise for ASA partnerships and regional accounts.
• Ensure SLAs are understood, executed, and followed, including emergencies.
• Maintain bottom-line accountability for labor and material costs.
