Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a New Home Lead Project Manager based out of Florida, covering Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of project management experience and a preference for a Bachelor's degree.

You will train NHPMs, track completion timelines, and ensure installations stay on budget while maintaining quality. The position emphasizes knowledge of utilities, permitting, site policies, and strong collaboration with Community Operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and resource management to ensure home installations meet standards within budget and schedule.
• Excellent customer service with all levels of personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to develop and negotiate proposals and contracts with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily training, coaching, and oversight of NHPMs in the assigned region.
• Track and report status of homes for completion timelines and quality.
• Manage site surveys for home orders and review compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Community Operations to resolve issues and ensure clear communication.
• Manage and track new home deliveries and installations in the region.
• Travel within the region to provide training and coverage.
• Assist Director of New Homes with training and special projects.
