PNC is seeking a Construction Project Lead Sr in its Realty Services organization, based in West Palm Beach, FL or Orlando, FL. You will oversee multiple construction projects, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• University degree required; 5+ years in construction/related field.
• Certifications often required; military or alternate education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and managing budgets, vendors, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Owns management of time, money, and people for multiple construction projects; oversees project plans and contractor performance.
• Manages multiple projects with in-house partners; reviews workflows to meet quality and client requirements.
• Develops project plans with architects/consultants; sets schedules and allocates resources; orders materials.
• Maintains cost control and tracks project commitments; requests funding when needed.
• Manages contractors, suppliers, and consultants per contract terms to keep projects on time and budget.
