Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. seeks a New Home Lead Project Manager to oversee the installation of brand-new homes in Michigan with travel to Ohio. You will train NHPMs, track regional progress, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The role requires at least 3 years of project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong facilities knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or GED accepted with experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily training, coaching, and oversight of NHPMs in the region to ensure timely and budget-aligned installations.
• Track and report status of all homes in the region for completion timelines and quality of work.
• Manage site surveys for home orders and review compliance with priority policies.
• Coordinate with Community Operations to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
• Travel within the assigned region to provide training and coverage to NHPMs.
