Loyola Medicine is seeking a Manager of Laboratory Quality Assurance & Point of Care to lead regional quality programs across Loyola Medicine laboratories and POCT services. The role focuses on establishing standards, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives with regional leadership.

You'll supervise quality teams, coordinate inspections, standardize processes with Lean/Six Sigma, and collaborate with medical directors to ensure accurate results and patient safety across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or equivalent is required with advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading QA, PI, and TQM initiatives in a regional lab setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead TQM/PI systems for the regional labs and oversee quality activities.
• Develop and implement regional quality management programs aligned with standards.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure readiness for licensing/accreditation reviews.
• Standardize POCT processes and education across the region.
• Guide regional QA leadership and report outcomes to Loyola Medicine committees.
• Supervise staff and foster a quality-driven culture across laboratories.
