Loyola Medicine is seeking a Manager of Laboratory Quality Assurance & Point of Care to lead regional quality programs, oversee PI and TQM initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance across the regional labs and POCT. The role partners with Medical Directors and leadership to drive standardized quality management and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related laboratory science.
• 6-10 years of previous job-related experience.
• Management experience preferred.
• Certification/licensure as Medical Technologist/MLS (ASCP or AMT) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee total quality management (TQM) and performance improvement (PI) systems for the region.
• Lead regional quality activities and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure preparation for inspections by licensing and accrediting agencies (CAP, TJC, FDA, etc.).
• Standardize POCT processes and ensure compliance across the region.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, or other laboratory science

Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
