Qualifications

• Proven track record as a sales rep in kitchen and bath cabinetry.

Responsibilities

• Actively manages and grows market share through dealer partners in assigned territory.
• Identify prospects, present CWP value, and onboard new dealer partners.
• Train design personnel on CWP products and process during visits.
• Maintain showroom displays, sample sets, and marketing materials.
• Serve as liaison between dealers/designers and the Project Management team.
