Job summary

Carter Kitchen & Bath is seeking a motivated Kitchen Design and Sales Representative to transform clients' ideas into beautiful spaces from measurement to delivery. You will partner with builders, contractors and homeowners to design kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and more, identifying sales opportunities and guiding projects through final sale.

The role rewards a design background with proven sales ability, strong relationship-building, prompt follow-through, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and sell to contractors and homeowners
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends
• Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on customer needs
• Strong math skills for quoting
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• As a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative, you will manage new construction and remodeling projects from measurement to delivery
• Design interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.) with builders, contractors, and homeowners
• Identify sales opportunities, perform job site measurements, and secure final sale
• Leverage proven sales strategies and build strong relationships with clients
• Communicate effectively and follow through on commitments
