Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager, Technology to manage Platinum/Gold accounts in the USA region and drive the regional Account Plan. You will collaborate with Global Account Directors, Account Executives, and operations to grow and retain business while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing regional strategy, strengthening executive-level relationships, and managing opportunities in the CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, or client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Platinum and Gold accounts regionally, in coordination with GAD and Account Executive.
• Develop and execute regional strategy aligned with Global Account Plan.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for the account in the region and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, pricing, and procurement to deliver competitive solutions.
• Drive CRM pipeline management and track opportunities and awards.
