TEC Services is seeking a Janitorial Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations, quality, and safety across an assigned region. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, contract adherence, and regular inspections with internal leadership.

The position is full-time and exempt, with a pay range of $63,000–$75,000 annually. Overnight shifts are required, and proficiency in MS Office and field service tools is expected.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in facility or janitorial management.
• Willingness to work overnight hours with flexible scheduling.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, safety, and operational execution of cleaning services within an assigned region.
• Develop and maintain a monthly visit schedule for assigned locations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and supervise wet work with Store Managers and service partners.
• Provide direction to cleaning crews and monitor performance across locations.
• Conduct routine safety observations, inspections, and incident investigations, and document findings.
