The Facilities Group National is seeking a Regional Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee the janitorial operations of assigned customers within a geographic region. You will supervise multiple sites within a region, ensuring exceptional service delivery, quality standards, and cost control while leading and developing high-performing teams.

This position covers operations in the Central U.S. and requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and a proven track record in facilities services

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities services experience.
• 3+ years of people and operational management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License and personal vehicle.
• Reliable transportation for business travel required.
• 50% travel required with potential for airplane travel.
• Experience with cleaning processes and equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee janitorial operations for assigned customers within a geographic region.
• Oversee multiple sites within a designated region to ensure service delivery.
• Drive quality standards and manage budgets for regional operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop employees within assigned duties.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across sites.
