Job summary

Wavetronix is seeking a full-time Sales Manager for the Upper Midwest Territory. You will identify market opportunities, cultivate customer relationships, and drive revenue through direct sales across the region.

The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel 70–75% of the time. Office location is flexible within the Upper Midwest with eventual on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with customers in a regional market.
• Understanding of ITS and traffic detection concepts is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships of trust with customers throughout the Upper Midwest region.
• Identify market opportunities and grow regional sales.
• Provide product, pricing, and delivery information to customers.
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to drive growth.
• Prepare regional forecasts and growth plans.
