Job summary

Wavetronix is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across New England, handling installation, setup, and training of core products. The role requires frequent travel (about 60%) and a strong customer-service approach to ensure successful deployments and ongoing satisfaction.

You will diagnose issues, guide on-site and remote support, and collaborate with teams to deliver reliable ITS solutions.

Qualifications

• Field visits and on-site support experience.
• Installation and configuration of Wavetronix products.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% for customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits and phone support.
• Manage on-site installation/configuration of products.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Provide technical training on products as needed in field or office.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Document processes and produce timely and detailed trip reports.
• Keep track of current projects and support cases in CRM.
