Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, OS, and networking.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
• Microsoft 365 experience required; Azure or virtualization exposure is a plus.
• Knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, software, hardware, networks, and basic server environments.
• Provide remote and onsite support to clients with clear communication and strong service orientation.
• Handle escalated tickets and complex issues across environments.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments (Azure/virtualization exposure is a plus).
• Assist with server support and virtualization (Hyper‑V experience is nice to have).
• Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and system maintenance.
• Install and configure operating systems, security tools, and business applications.
• Execute occasional physical networking work (cabling, rack setup).
• Document work, test solutions, and recommend improvements to system performance.
• Act as a technical resource for junior team members.
• Travel onsite to client locations as needed.
