Job summary

Precision Castparts in Warrensville Heights, OH (and regional locations) seeks an IT Support Manager to lead and develop user support teams, manage escalations, and drive regional technology projects including upgrades and deployments. You will engage with cyber security, applications and infrastructure teams, while maintaining remote workforce readiness and executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related studies, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of two (2) years IT management or supervisory experience.
Preferred two (2) plus years working in a discrete manufacturing environment, such as aerospace or other heavy industries.

Responsibilities

Lead IT support teams and provide operational leadership for regional IT projects.
Serve as primary business-facing leader and single point of contact for IT support.
Document application requirements, technical specifications, use-cases, and workflows.
Mentor and train junior technicians on user support and troubleshooting.
Handle technical escalations from Help Desk and other technicians.
Lead local IT projects and collaborate with security, networking, and infrastructure teams.
Provide onsite and remote support for activations and events.
Manage schedules for normal and after-hours on-call support.
