Responsibilities

• Lead and develop IT support technicians.
• Serve as primary business-facing leader for all IT support functions.
• Document application requirements, technical specifications, and workflows.
• Support and implement data governance and master data initiatives.
• Mentor junior techs on user support and troubleshooting.
• Handle escalations from Help Desk and other technicians.
• Lead local IT projects and ensure user adoption.
