Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Cleveland, OH is seeking an IT PC Specialist II to provide onsite and remote IT support for regional facilities. You will manage hardware, software, and conferencing systems, ensuring smooth operation from the Cleveland location.

You will interact with users across levels, maintain strong customer service, and support corporate IT projects such as patching and imaging. A strong Windows/AD background and Office 365 experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2–3 years IT support experience.
Experience supporting a hybrid in a large corporate domain.
Experience with Office 365 and identity management.
Experience using a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred).
Strong knowledge of Windows laptops/desktops.
Quick learner with new information system tech.
Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Provides onsite and remote IT support from Cleveland, OH (hardware, teleconferencing, etc.).
Delivers high-quality customer service to users at all levels.
Works in a global phone/ticketing queue for end users.
Educates users on collaboration tools (O365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Mentors peers by sharing IT knowledge and guidance.
Identifies and assists with security patching processes.
Troubleshoots and resolves end-user and network issues.
Supports network connectivity for the user community.
Performs related duties and follows company procedures.
