Job summary

Bekaert is seeking a Local IT Regional Manager to lead IT Infrastructure and Operations across multiple sites in the region. You will drive high availability, security, and continuous improvement while aligning with global standards.

You will manage regional IT teams and vendors, oversee projects, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with governance requirements, delivering reliable IT services to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT Infrastructure and IT Operations experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or regional IT management role.
• Experience supporting multiple sites and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience working in multinational environments.
• Proven track record in infrastructure operations, vendor management, service delivery, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Infrastructure Management across regional locations.
• Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure services.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations across regional offices and manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate change, release, and maintenance activities.
• Lead and mentor Local IT Engineers and regional support teams.
• Maintain compliance with cybersecurity policies and governance requirements.
• Deliver regional infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
