Job summary

Artera Services is seeking a Regional Field Support Manager to lead onsite Tier 2 IT Support Engineers across OpCo locations, including Rochester, NY, Boston, MA, and Wellsville, NY. You will own people management and technical ownership of MDM compliance, site infrastructure, device lifecycle, and ticketing performance.

This role requires building relationships with OpCo leaders, enforcing enterprise IT standards, and travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 in a leadership role.
• Experience implementing or enforcing MDM policies (Intune/Jamf) and compliance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-location coordination.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead onsite Tier 2 IT Support Engineers across OpCos and manage performance.
• Own MDM policy enforcement, infrastructure oversight, and ticketing metrics.
• Build relationships with OpCo leadership and ensure enterprise IT standards are followed.
• Travel up to 25–30% to review teams, deployments, and site needs.
