Qualifikationen

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of IM experience, including 5+ years in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• A solid understanding of ICT services, IT systems and applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN configuration, network management, IT Service Management, and data and cyber security.
• A customer-focused, proactive and adaptable way of working, plus strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, presentation and reporting skills.
• Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Understand business needs and propose smart, scalable IT solutions.
• Act as the key contact for global IT teams and turn strategy into action.
• Keep a customer-first mindset while managing local vendors and contracts.
• Be the first point of escalation for critical incidents and drive quick resolution.
• Help colleagues use IT tools and services, deliver training and lead information sessions.
• Manage local systems, support global rollouts, and oversee technical tasks such as backups and hardware configuration.
• Support office moves, technology upgrades and large events so everything runs smoothly.
• Manage assets and stock from procurement to retirement.
