Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver day-to-day and project-related technical support across multiple locations within a defined geographic region. You will travel to sites, install and diagnose hardware and software, and lead AV implementations with vendors and infrastructure teams.

You will troubleshoot complex end-user issues, maintain Windows and Apple environments, and support Microsoft 365 access for teams.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of desk side break/fix support or related experience (Windows, Apple, MS Office).
Certification and/or license may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned locations on a scheduled basis and as needed for issues and projects.
Serve as IT liaison between business units and IT to define requirements and design solutions.
Lead up implementation projects for AV needs with vendors and site teams.
Manage and track IT hardware assets within the area.
Plan and execute project phases for locations within the area.
Support lifecycle hardware and software updates.
Provide white-glove technical support to executive leadership.
Maintain macOS endpoints, troubleshooting and deployment.
