Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking an IT Field Support professional to provide day-to-day and project-related technical support across multiple locations in a geographic region. The role involves travel to several states, addressing hardware and software issues, and assisting with deployments.

You will act as liaison between sites, vendors, and corporate IT, resolving medium to complex problems and ensuring compliance with IT policies.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
2–5 years of desk-side break/fix support or related experience (Windows, Apple, MS Office).
Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned locations on a scheduled basis and as needed for issues and projects.
Serve as IT liaison between business units and IT to define requirements and develop design solutions.
Lead implementation projects and coordinate with vendors for solutions at sites.
Assist in managing and tracking IT hardware assets within the region.
Support lifecycle hardware/software updates and project execution.
Provide white-glove technical support to executive leadership and high-level stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for PC, Mac, and mobile devices.
Document all work and communications in incident tickets.
Support Microsoft 365 access and collaboration tools.
