Responsibilities

• Oversee the accuracy and timely completion of invoicing activities for complex regional projects or clients.
• Support escalated invoicing and reporting activities for finance staff.
• Coordinate workload of the Regional Finance Team and assign special projects.
• Review project contracts to understand billing and revenue recognition implications.
• Ensure evidence of arrangement exists for revenue recognition and coordinate with Project Management.
• Resolve invoicing questions from operations and other departments.
• Perform quality assurance audits on invoicing and collections.
• Provide professional client service by phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Participate in meetings for invoicing and reporting updates.
• Assist with training materials and staff training for invoicing processes.
• Contribute to ERP system improvements and ad hoc projects.
