Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; 5+ years in accounting/invoicing.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, interpersonal relations, communication and technical skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing workflow and business needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• A valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy and timely completion of invoicing for complex projects.
• Support other Corporate or Operational Finance staff with escalated invoicing and reporting.
• Coordinate workload of the Regional Finance Team and prioritize deadlines.
• Read project contracts and explain how billing affects financials.
• Ensure evidence of arrangement exists for revenue recognition with PMs.
• Resolve invoicing questions from operations and other departments.
• Perform QA audits on invoicing and collections.
• Provide excellent internal and external client service via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Participate in meetings on invoicing, reporting, and issues.
• Assist with training materials and staff training for invoicing.
• Participate in ERP improvements and ad hoc projects.
• Assist procurement activities including requisitions, deliveries, supplier onboarding.
• Support Pricing Tool adoption for quotes and projects.
• Follow safety rules and maintain quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
