Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm seeks a Regional Intake Manager to oversee intake operations across multiple offices within a defined region. You will develop managers and teams to deliver a consistent, respectful, and responsive experience for prospective clients while driving intake and conversion goals.

You will use data, client feedback, and direct observations to improve consultations, close gaps between offices, and grow leaders who sustain high performance across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of management experience in intake, sales, client service/experience, or related field, including at least 2 years in a multi-site or regional leadership role.
• 7-10 years of experience in intake, sales, client service/experience, or related function, with demonstrated success improving results and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake operations across multiple Lisinski Law Firm offices within an assigned region.
• Develop Managers and teams to deliver a consistent, respectful, and responsive experience for prospective clients.
• Improve consultations, address gaps between offices, and build capable leaders who sustain results as the Firm grows.
