The Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a Regional Intake Manager to lead intake operations across multiple offices. You will coach Managers, drive regional performance, and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing metrics, developing leaders, and partnering with cross-functional teams to scale intake delivery while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years managing intake, sales, or client service, with multi-site leadership.
• 7–10 years in intake/sales with evidence of improving results and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Managers across multiple offices with clear expectations.
• Review regional metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Partner with QA and Training to uphold consultation standards and client experience.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to review performance and development priorities.
• Visit regional offices to observe consultations and assess operations firsthand.
• Support regional hiring and ramping of new offices and roles.
• Ensure consistent intake processes, timely follow-up, and accurate CRM documentation.
