Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer in Indianapolis to sell insurance products and services for a global leader in the industry. The role targets experienced professionals and offers training for career development within HUB International.

As part of the Sales Department, the candidate will prospect clients, educate on HUB’s value, and work toward meeting sales targets while providing excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
• Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent working experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance-related information and guidance to field/clients.
• Prospect, identify, and develop new clients from referrals or cold calls.
• Educate clients on HUB’s value, service, and offerings.
• Prepare/assist in contracting of clients and any required paperwork.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of HUB’s core business partners and their products.
• Work with team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Assist clients to ensure the optimal coverage including quoting and follow-up.
• Maintain HUB’s client database and participate in ongoing education.
