Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to design and implement sales strategies that help independent agents and agencies grow their business. The role covers an assigned territory with a focus on recruiting and retaining agents, building carrier relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The position requires strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills, plus the ability to travel about 50% of the time and manage broker relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Attend and travel to events across the country (Carrier, Medical Group, Recruiting, AEP Readiness).
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents and agencies in territory.
• Establish local presence for the company.
• Grow sales in territory and manage broker relationships for ROI.
• Recruit agents and agencies in territory and cultivate carrier relationships.
• Conduct recruiting and training seminars for agents.
• Attend CE courses and meet sales goals monthly.
• Record and track agent interactions in internal systems.
