Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of leadership in Property & Casualty commercial lines.
• Property & Casualty license within 90 days; other licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual sales plan and growth targets for the region.
• Develop strategies for internal bank partnerships and COI growth.
• Implement and monitor the sales process and workflows.
• Optimize OCR referrals and assign to appropriate colleagues.
• Lead, coach, and mentor producers and sales staff.
• Manage pipeline, forecast, and performance analysis.
• Provide monthly forecast data and business reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
