Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day installations across multiple locations within a region.
• Monitor labor and material costs and ensure adherence to branch budgets.
• Maintain 45-day rolling installation schedules aligned with revenue goals.
• Review installation schedules with customers and coordinate with regional leadership.
• Manage service and warranty activities in the branches overseen.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and supervision of field staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety standards are reviewed and implemented in the field.
• Conduct weekly installation and safety meetings with teams.
