Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day installation operations across multiple locations with travel.
• Monitor labor and material costs against branch budgets.
• Maintain rolling 45-day installation schedules aligned with revenue goals.
• Review installation schedules with customers and address concerns.
• Ensure safety standards are reviewed and followed in the field.
• Recruit, hire, train and manage installation staff and subcontractors.
