Job summary

Schindler Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Territory Operations Manager for New Installations to oversee the installation of new products and collaborate with the NI Sales team on opportunities outside the portfolio within an assigned geographic span.

You will develop the territory's business plan, manage budgets, mentor a team, and build key customer relationships to achieve financial targets while upholding Schindler's safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in elevator industry or service-oriented business.
• Experience managing a P&L for an industrial company.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan supporting the territory's financial and non-financial objectives.
• Build and manage an operational budget including parts inventory, tools, and vehicles.
• Lead NI-focused Field Superintendents and Project Coordinators to meet financial targets and KPIs.
• Hire and onboard NI Superintendents and Project Coordinators.
• Foster strong commercial relationships with key customers, GCs and industry consultants.
• Oversee safety, quality, and training across projects to ensure profitability and efficiency.
