Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships with new and assigned accounts.
• Proactively engage with customers by phone to drive sales.
• Develop knowledge of OrePac pricing and services.
• Follow-up on quotes to service customers and win business.
• Demonstrate new products, services, and developments to accounts.
• Participate in training and skill-building sessions.
• Process sales orders and changes with relevant departments.
• Coordinate and resolve delivery issues and returns.
