Continental Battery Systems is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, re-engage silent customers, and drive a higher share of wallet across product categories. The role emphasizes proactive calling, consultative discovery, and disciplined pipeline tracking to protect and grow revenue.

You will work with local CBS branches and territory managers to deliver solutions, quotes within 24 hours, and timely follow-ups, while maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound inside sales, account management, or B2B sales development.
• Ability to hit a daily outbound dial floor and maintain talk time targets.
• Strong communication, discovery, and CRM discipline to log activities.

Responsibilities

• Proactive warm account engagement and growth.
• Execute a structured outbound call cadence to assigned accounts.
• Conduct discovery with decision-makers to understand purchasing behaviours and relationships.
• Re-engage quiet or declining accounts and present solution plans to win back business.
• Cross-sell adjacent product categories to expand wallet share.
• Generate quotes within 24 hours and follow up within 48 hours.
• Maintain CRM logs of outcomes, intel, and next steps.
