Job summary

Continental Battery Systems (CBS) is seeking energetic Inside Sales Representatives to manage a book of commercial accounts, re-engage silent customers, and expand wallet share across product lines. This outbound, phone-based role demands consistent daily call activity, consultative discovery, and disciplined CRM usage.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in outbound B2B sales, strong communication skills, and experience with NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in outbound inside sales, account management, or B2B sales development (industrial or automotive distribution a plus).
• Outbound floor of 50+ outbound dials per day and 75+ minutes of talk time daily.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and phone presence.
• CRM proficiency; NetSuite experience preferred; comfortable with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Proactively re-engage legacy and Tier D accounts with outbound calls.
• Consultative selling: generate quotes within 24 hours and follow up within 48 hours.
• Log call outcomes and customer intel in NetSuite daily; coordinate with CBS Branch Managers and Territory Sales Managers.
