Job summary

Sager Electronics, a leading North American distributor of interconnect, power, and electromechanical components, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager for the Lewisville, TX Service Center. You will lead a team, drive sales growth, and oversee operations to ensure profitable growth and superior customer service.

You will manage staffing, budgeting, vendor relations, and service metrics while partnering with regional sales managers to balance customer service with sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, accounting or related field.
• 10–15 years in electronic/electrical distribution industry.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven success in customer relationships, sales ops and staff development.
• Experience with electronic components distribution.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and distribution operations.
• Familiarity with CRM and business reporting tools.
• Strong budgeting, leadership and business management skills.
• Focus on financial analysis, reporting and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop service center personnel for Lewisville, ensure operational excellence.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
• Monitor sales performance and service metrics; take corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and on-time orders.
• Review sales documentation and transactions; partner with regional managers.
