Job summary

Thomson Reuters in the United States is seeking a Sales Manager to coach and develop Inside Sales staff to meet quotas and revenue targets for the Print business, while driving employee engagement and retention.

You will lead a team alongside other sales managers, collaborate with Marketing and Product, implement sales campaigns, monitor performance, and provide feedback to improve service, motivation, and results.

Qualifications

• Strong sales coaching experience and skills required.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a B2B sales environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and develops Inside Sales staff to achieve quotas and revenue targets.
