Job summary

Refinitiv is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Small Law Print in the United States, based in Eagan, MN, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will coach Inside Sales staff, drive quota attainment, and partner with Marketing and Product teams to optimize campaigns.

You bring 3–5 years of Inside Sales experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while delivering results for the Print business.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 3–5 years Inside Sales experience in a B2B setting preferred.
• Strong sales coaching, leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas and revenue targets for the Print division.
• Provide coaching and development to Inside Sales staff.
• Build a teamwork-focused selling environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Hire, onboard, and assess Inside Sales Consultants; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate campaigns and automation with Marketing and Product teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure high customer satisfaction.
