Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking an Industrial Sr Engineer to optimize operations across multiple distribution facilities. You will analyze processes, drive cost reductions, and implement best practices to enhance safety, quality, and performance.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma, project management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, supply chain and distribution teams. Regular travel (min 33%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a Supply chain related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance analyses of processes, material flow, and resource use across sites.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Manage multiple projects with plans, budgets, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify standardization opportunities and develop standardized work instructions.
• Assist design and optimization of facility layouts to improve material flow.
• Collect and interpret operational data to identify trends and KPIs.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across distribution, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
• Provide training on industrial engineering principles and lean techniques.
• Travel regularly (min 33%) to distribution sites; multi-day/ multi-week assignments.
