Job summary

hth companies seeks an Industrial Cleaning Foreman to manage a crew of seven in a plant-based setting, ensuring safe, high‑quality cleaning services at the Missouri site.

You will organize crews, coordinate equipment, uphold OSHA standards, and maintain strong client relations while driving continuous improvement and staff development.

A CDL is preferred, 2–5 years industry experience, and proficiency with MS Teams/Office are valued as you lead a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• CDL is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment (10,000 psi–40,000 psi).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid safety principles and procedures understanding.
• Proficient with MS Teams and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of 7 industrial cleaning laborers at a plant-based setting.
• Organize crews, delegate duties, and ensure equipment is available safely.
• Drive and transport equipment to regional locations.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to align services with needs.
• Highlight value and practical applications of our services.
• Enforce OSHA safety requirements and our Safety Program.
• Maintain positive client relations and lead a high-performing team.
• Perform other duties as required.
