ht h companies is seeking an Industrial Cleaning Foreman to manage a crew of seven specialized cleaners across regional sites. The role emphasizes safety, supervisory leadership, and client-facing coordination to deliver high-quality cleaning services in industrial environments.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in construction/industrial work with management exposure, knowledge of high-pressure hydro blasting equipment, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• CDL Class B is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment (10,000–40,000 psi).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of 7 industrial cleaning laborers and ensure safety and quality of cleaning services.
• Organize crews, delegate tasks, and ensure availability of equipment onsite.
• Transport and position equipment to regional locations as needed.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to assess needs and recommend services.
• Demonstrate service value and applicability to client requirements.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and the company Safety Program; promote a positive safety culture.
• Act as liaison for site leadership and maintain positive client relations.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team focused on customer service.
