Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in program coordination, community outreach, or nonprofit operations.
• Experience developing partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, volunteers, or external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating programs with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience recruiting, coordinating, or managing volunteers preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with IDD and public health programs preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain community partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.
• Coordinate Inclusive Health programs and events across the assigned region.
• Lead Healthy Athletes screenings and related health initiatives.
• Recruit, engage, and coordinate volunteers and clinical partners.
• Monitor program performance, collect data, and report progress toward goals.
